Meeting
The first meeting for any student will be at one of these two locations:
- Starbucks on the northwest corner of Lawrence Expressway and El Camino Real in Santa Clara: 3605 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95051.
- Sunnyvale Art Gallery & Cafe in Sunnyvale: 251 W. El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Privacy
Payment
I am not a doctor, but I take my students' privacy as seriously as doctors take their patients'. Anything you tell me is a secret. My fiance will be the only person who knows your name and can find your phone number in case of emergency.
Payment
The first meeting is free because it is not a lesson. Payment is due monthly in advance. I accept checks, cash, bank transfers, or PayPal (PayPal fees are your responsibility).

Cancellation
Everyone gets sick, makes other plans, travels, etc. I do not charge for missed lessons. Please let me know at least 1 hour before your lesson if you can't be there. A short text message is fine. If I have plans or am sick, I will let you know as soon as I can.
We can reschedule the lesson if we are both available at a different time, or just skip it and the date of your next payment will change.

If you skip lessons without telling me a few times, I will decide not to teach you anymore. There will be no refund.
Quitting
If you decide you do not want lessons anymore, we can continue until your last prepaid lesson or I can give you a refund for unused lessons. If you quit without telling me and ask for your money back later, there will be no refund for skipped lessons.
I am very friendly and I like to have a good relationship with my students. But, I have stopped teaching a student or two because I was not comfortable. If I feel that you act inappropriately, I will notify you that there will be no more contact between us. I will not see you, I will block your phone number and email address, and there will be no refund. Especially men: I am getting married soon, and even if I were single I would not date a student.

Discounts
I will give a discount for people who actively promote my business. At this time, that is only the friendly employees of the 7 Eleven near my house and the employees of the Sunnyvale Art Gallery & Cafe.
